Unlike the Temporary Residence Transition stream, you don’t need to have worked for the employer previously.you can apply directly if you meet the skills, qualifications, and English requirements.

The 186 employer nomination scheme visa through Direct Entry is ideal for skilled professionals who have a job offer from an Australian employer but haven’t yet worked in Australia on a temporary visa.
